Platinum Co-insurance plan (2)

Product Rating: Best exposure to all dentists regardless if they are in network or out of network. This is the largest network available in Utah. So it runs more in monthly premium cost       Price (monthly): Ranges from $33 - $156. Cost depends on number of participating family members. Product Description: This plan provides comprehensive dental benefits both in and out of the Platinum network. An insured orthodontic benefit for your children is also included on this plan. Receive services from any provider of your choice and lower out-of-pocket costs when receiving care from an in-network provider. Option 2 offers low deductibles and short waiting periods.
